    I changed the proportions to suit myself: 1/2 c. fresh spinach sauted in 1/2 pat butter, two whole eggs and 1/2 oz. feta...so I realize the nutrition information doesn't apply, but it was wonderful! I served it with a toasted whole grain English muffing (with the other 1/2 pat butter). Yum! - 8/10/10
