3 apples2 bananasjuice from one lemonjuice from one orange2 oz.. of raisins1 serving (34 grams) of miniature marshmallows
Cut of fruit in bite-size pieces. Add lemon and orange juice, raisins and marshmallows.
Feel free to vary the fruit selection.

Thanks - my Mom makes Waldorf salad - but I don't like the nuts, celery and extra fat from mayonnaise, so I just replaced them with fresh lemon and orange juice.
