Baked French Fries

Ingredients
2 large russet baking potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin strips2 Tablespoons1/2 teaspoon chili powder1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon ground cumin1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 450 F
2. Combine the potatoes, oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin in a bowl and toss well. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, turning the fries over with a spatula halfway through, until golden brown. Transfer to a shallow paper towel-lined bowl and sprinkle with the salt. Serve immediately.
