Quick Leftover Pork Stirfry

Ingredients
1 lb cooked pork tenderloin, cubed1 medium onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, chopped1 16 oz bag frozen broccoli, carrot & waterchestnut mix1 16 oz bag frozen sugar snap pea stir fry blend8 tbs soy sauce6 tbs oriental bbq sauce
Directions
In a large skillet saute the onions, garlic and pork with the soy sauce until the onions are tender.
Add the frozen veggies and oriental bbq sauce.
Mix well.
Cover and cook over medium low heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until the veggies are tender crisp.

Makes 4 generous servings.
Serve over rice not included in the nutritional information.
