One clove garlicPork chopsSaltPepperPeprikarosemary
Directions
I basically just eye this out when making it. Take your chops and dust them with the seasonings. Make sure to get the top and bottom. Make small slits in the chops. Slice up fresh garlic and insert it into the slits. Put chops in broiler be sure to flip them. Time will vary depending on the size of the pork. Apple sauce goes well with this for dipping.
