Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 red peppers1 yellow pepper1 cup water chestnuts1 cup mushrooms10 oz. frozen broccoli3 cup pineapple chunks2 tbsp. lite soy sauce
Directions
Saute peppers and broccoli with water chestnuts, pineapple and soy sauce. Add mushrooms after other vegetables are slightly tender. Serves 4.
