Spaghetti Squash Quiche with Magic Crust

Ingredients
1/3 Cup bread crumbs3 Egg whites or 1/2 cup egg substitute1 Egg1 1/2 cups evaporated skim milk1 1/2 cups broccoli cooked1 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese1 1/2 cups spaghetti squash1 medium chopped onionsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Spray 9" pie plate with cooking spray. Sprinkle bread crumbs and tilt dish until coated. Beat egg substitute and egg, add remaining ingredients and pour into prepared pie plate. Bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Makes 4 large servings. You can cut serving in half and serve with soup or salad.
