Ground Turkey breast asian lettuce wraps

Ingredients
1 green bell pepper1 carrot shreddedground turkey breast .67lbs3 cloves garlic8 scallion bunch2 tbs soy sauce1/3 c. teriyaki sauce3/4 tbs reduced fat peanut butter6 iceberg lettuce leafslemon wedge
Directions
Spray pan with cooking spray and cook your carrots and bell peppers for about 2 minutes. Add turkey, green onions, garlic, and crushed red pepper (optional) adds a nice bite. Then add soy sauce, teriyaki and peanut butter. Cook until turkey is no longer pink. Wash and prep lettuce leafs. You can also add slivered almonds on top for extra crunch ( not calculated in NI) Serves 2 ( 3 wraps each)

    The sodium is outrageous for one serving. It's OVER the maximum allowance for sodium per day for one person. I haven't made it yet but I'd probably leave out the soy sauce. Isn't there soy sauce in teriyaki already? Jiff Reduced Fat has 250 mg. per 2 T, Skippy R. F. has only 170. - 6/21/09
