Almond Crusted Walleye filets

Ingredients
2 6 oz's filets2 tbsp organic all purpose flour for dusting2 small eggs beaten1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper1/8 tsp paprika1/8 tsp 5 chinese spices( anise, fennel, cinnamon, ginger.)2 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp whipped butter1/2 cup sliced Almonds
Directions
1. Trim filets
2. Dust with flour and spices
3. Dip in egg walsh
4. Press in almonds
5. Melt butter with oil. Turn filets in pan to color.
Finish baking in a 350 F degrees oven for 15
minutes or until golden. Serve with lemon
slices. make 4 servings.
