Vegan Banana Bread

Ingredients
6 Ripe medium-size bananas2 cups of white or whole wheat flour1/2 cup Smart Balance buttery spread1/2 cup Brown sugar1 tsp. baking powder1 oz. chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat the oven at 350 F; mash bananas in mixing bowl. Add Smart Balance and mix. Add the sugar. Slowly add the flour to avoid having a mix that is too dry. Add baking powder, add chopped pecans. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry.
