My favorite funeral potatoes

Ingredients
red potato, 2 cup *Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 4 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp *Onion powder, 1 tbspSalt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp
Directions
I like to slice my potatoes into 1/2 inch slices so I can layer the flavors. So Slic and set aside in cold water. Combine Sour cream, soup and spices together, set aside, In a saute' pan, put in mushrooms, ad enough water to steam the mushrooms slightly.. Layer poratoes in a casserole dish, add layer of mushrooms, and then the sauce mixture, sprinkle cheese over the top. Cover. Cook for 30 minutes at 375, then 10 minutes at 400 uncovered.. Makes 4 servings.
