Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces mincedCashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added), .25 cup, choppedIceberg Lettuce (salad), 6 leaf, large*Coriander leaf, dried, 1 cup*Egg white, 1 servingWater, tap, .25 cup Cornstarch, .03 cupSalt, .25 tsp*Canola Oil, 3 tbsp *Sweet Cooking Rice Wine, 1 tbsp*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp
Makes three servings of two lettuce leaves each.

1. Mix minced chicken meat with egg white, water, cornstarch, salt, tenderizer, MSG and 1 tbsp of oil.
2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
3. Add the meat, corriander and wine, soy sauce and pepper into the pan.
4. Stir-fry until the meat is cooked.
5. Remove into a plate.
6. Divide the meat into 6 portions.
7. Place each portion on each lettuce leaf.
8. Sprinkle cashew nuts over the meat and serve.
