Spinach & Cheese Fritatta

Ingredients
1 10 oz. package spinach1 cup part skim milk shredded mozzarella cheese6 eggs, beaten1/2 cup chopped onionCooking spraySalt & pepper to taste
Directions
1.) Make sure spinach is thawed out, strain it
2.) Cut up the onion
3.) Spray with cooking spray the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. Add the spinach and cheese. Pour the eggs over the top. Can add salt and pepper to taste.
4.) Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until it becomes firm and top begins to brown.
