Spicy Italian Crockpot Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 lb Beef Stew meat2 14 oz cans of diced no salt tomatoes1 lb of baby potatoes1/2 lb of baby carrots1 can reduced fat cream of celery soup1/2 to 1 tsp cayenne pepper to taste
Directions
Brown stew meat over high heat until carmelized, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, add all remaining ingredients in crockpot and stir well to incorporate the cream soup. Add browned stew meat and deglaze pan with a little water (or stock or wine, if desired) to get all flavors into the crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Makes 4 servings.
