1 medium whole wheat tortilla2 slices low fat turkey slices2 nuked eggs1/2 sliced avocado2 tbsp shreaded lowfat mexican blend cheese
Directions
Arrange all ingredients within the tortilla, fold ends and roll tortilla. Scamble eggs and place in microwave for one minute before placing in tortilla.
