Blackberry Apple Crumble

Ingredients
1 lb (16oz) cooking applesjuice of 1 lemom1 pint fresh blackberries1/4 C. flour1/4 C. rolled oats3Tbsp. canola oil1/2 C. Craisns1/2 C. slivered almonds
Directions
Preheat oven to 400deg F/ 200degC.

Core and slice apples and cover with lemon juice
Place in a sauce pan with blackberries.
Cook over medium heat, simmer for 5 min.
In a seperate bowl, mix flour and oats.
Stir in oil till mixture resembles crumbs.
Stir in craisins and almonds.
Sprinkle crumbly mixture over fruit and bake for 25 minutes.
