Bisquick Fruit Bars

Ingredients
* 8 teaspoons Bisquick baking mix * 4 teaspoons quick-cooking oats * 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed * 2 teaspoons butter or margarine, softened * 4 teaspoons jam or preserves (such as strawberry, raspberry or blueberry)
Directions
# Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease square pan.
Mix Bisquick mix, oats and brown sugar in large bowl.
Cut in butter, using fork or pastry blender, until mixture is crumbly.
Press half of the crumbly mixture in pan.
Spread fruit over crumbly mixture to within 1/4 inch of edges.
Top with remaining crumbly mixture; press gently into fruit.
Bake 15 to 30 minutes or until light brown; cool completely.

    This is good. Nothing fancy, but good. What size pan do you recommend? I looked at your ingredient list and saw that you went more SF than the recipe page shows - that is my preference as well - might be good to show that. Got lucky and had a little Land of Lakes lite butter, too! - 5/18/17
