Ingredients
1 lbs Atlantic Salmon-Cooked1/4 Cup Low Fat Cream Cheese1 Cup Shredded Low Fat Cheddar Cheese1 Onion diced2 Cups Cooked Whole Wheat Pasta of Choice1 Can Creamed Soup of Choice1/2 Can Low Fat Milk
Directions
I use left over salmon fillets, or you can freshley cook the Salmon. Place in mixing bowl, turn to stir, add other ingreediants, place in casserole dish and back uncovered for 30 mins at 350 degrees. Serve with Salad, steamed vegitables and buscuits.
