Curried Chicken, Broccoli & Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
* 2 large Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut in strips* 2 pkg (10 oz each) frozen broccoli, chopped* 1 can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Condensed Broccoli Cheese Soup* 1/2 c. Skim Milk* 6 Tbsp. Fat-Free Mayonnaise* 1/2 c. Fat-Free Cheddar Cheese, shredded* 1/2 t. Curry Powder* 2 T. lemon juice* 1/2 c. Bread Crumbs (optional)* dash of Paprika to taste
Directions
* Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
* Place broccoli in bottom of baking dish.
* Layer chicken strips on top of broccoli.

* Combine soup, milk, mayo, lemon juice, curry powder, and paprika in separate bowl. Heat in microwave until bubbling. Pour mixture over broccoli and cheese.

* Sprinkle casserole with cheese and bread crumbs.
* Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (until bubbling) then place under broiler for 1-2 minutes until golden on top.

* Serve over rice or cous-cous.

    Had to make some substitutions and not sure the servings, or cooking time are correct.( used smaller pan and only 1 pkg broccoli and served more than 4, and took longer than 30 for meat to cook fully) But otherwise came out incredibly good. Will definately do again. - 6/4/09
