6 cups of low-sodium chicken broth2 cups each of chopped: celery, potato, carrots, onion, corn1 package 6oz of canadian bacon - chopped2 bay leaves2 cups of skim milk with 2 Tablespoons of flour1 ham bone or 6 oz of chopped ham3 chicken bouillon cubes
Chop the celery, potato (with skin on), onion, carrots. Simmer with the chicken broth and boullion cubes. Add the bay leaves with the corn, canadian ham. Simmer for 2 hours. 30 minutes before serving whisk flour in cold milk and add to soup to thicken.
