Leeks and potatoes au gratin

Ingredients
leeks, potatoes thinly sliced.
Directions
brown leeks in olive oil. Add flour and vegetable broth. Cut potates in thin slice and put in casserolle. Pour the leek melange on top and cook in oven for 30 minutes. Then add bread crumb and parmesan and paprika. Cook until brown.
