Momma Karen's Pepper Steak

Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce2 tbsp corn starch2 cups sliced steak 1 can stewed tomatoes1 can mushrooms (optional)1 chopped onion1 sliced bell pepper2 cups White Rice
Directions
Makes 6 servings

Prepare rice as you normally would.

Brown steak in skillet. Mix soy sauce and corn starch in mixing bowl. Once steak is cooked add tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, bell peper cook until onions and bell peppers are tender. Add soy sauce mixture and simmer until sauce becomes thick. Serve over rice.
