Creamy Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
1 box of Healthy Harvest Penne Rigate (14 oz)2 cans of Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup5 Cups 99% fat free Chicken Broth1.5 - 2 cooked Chicken breasts chopped4 oz of fat free mozzarella cheese
Directions
I used left over chicken breasts I had in the frig and that made this super quick.

Cook the pasta in the chicken broth. About halfway through add the condensed soup and the chopped chicken breasts. Add salt and pepper to your preferences. Cook until pasta is done. Once pasta is tender stir in the cheese until all is melted and then serve.
