sweet potato and cranberry casserole

2-3 yams cubed1 med apple peeled and cubed1 cup frozen fresh cranberries1/4 cup pecans chopped1/4 cup water1/4 cup pure maple syrup1/4 brown sugar packed2 packets Splenda3 Tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread
Peel and cube sweet potato, boil in water for 15 minutes. Take cranberries and Splenda and boil for 5 minutes, add brown sugar, buttery spread, maple syrup and pecans, stir, remove from heat and set aside. Cut and peel apple and cut into small cubes, add to cranberry mixture and stir. When sweet potatoes are hot but still firm drain, remove from heat and stir in cranberry/apple mixture and stir. Pour into casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
