1/2 cup frozen berries1/2 cup nonfat yogurt1/4 cup water1 scoop Whey Factors Whey Protein1 tblspn. Flaxseed Meal1/5 tsp. cocoa powder3-4 drops Stevia or 1/2 tblspn. Honey
Mix all ingredients in a blender with 3-4 drops of Stevia or 1/2 tblsp. of honey. Blend and pulse until smooth.
