Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

1/4 cup rolled oats1/2 cup water1/4 cup plain canned pumpkina few tbsp plain or vanilla fat free yogurt1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spiceup to 1 tbsp honey (opt).1 tbsp chopped pecans
On stove, bring water to a boil. Stir in rolled oats and allow to cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in canned pumpkin and pumpkin-pie spice and honey; cook another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in chopped pecans; cover until you're ready to eat.
Spoon on yogurt just before serving and enjoy!

(alt. for TMJ), if you throw the pecans in at the beginning they will soften considerably. Also, you can use more of them for more healthy calories - just crush them into a fine powder or itsy-bitsy pieces.
