Ingredients
1 7oz Pack Chunk Light Tuna1/4 C 2% Shredded Cheese (any kind)2 T Relish, no sugar added2 T Scallions/Green Onions2 Large Eggs, whites only
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, separate in to 2 patties, heat skillet on med, spray skillet with cooking spray and cook for about 3 min on each side.
