Sesame Green Beans

1 lb. green beans, trimmed1 tsp. salt1 tbsp. soy sauce or Braggs Liquid Aminos3 splashes of ginger juice OR 1/2 tsp. of freshly grated ginger root1/5 tbsp. butter, cubed1 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
Steam green beans for about 10 mins. When the beans are cooked through but still crisp, place in a serving bowl. Toss all other ingredients and serve. Just that easy... Enjoy!
I highly recommend the Braggs Liquid Amino Acids, taste just like soy sauce, but with way less sodium, give them a try!

My hubby, who is not a big fan of any veggie that isn't a potato, loved these! I wound up steaming in the micro in a ziploc steam bag, then throwing the ingredients in and giving it a shake. I, too, didn't have fresh ginger and used ground..rather than use butter, I used sesame oil. very good! - 3/30/10
