Southwestern turkey-rice casserole

Ingredients
1 1/4 pound lean ground turkey1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped bell pepper1 can stewed tomatoes1 t garlic salt1/2 t pepper2 t chili powder8 c cooked brown rice1 can (1 lb.) whole-kernel corn, drained1/2 c low fat grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Saute ground turkey, onion and bell pepper breaking up meat with fork until meat is fully cooked. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Add cooked rice and corn to ground-turkey mixture and pour into a 4-quart casserole (or two 2-quart casseroles). Sprinkle with cheese, cover and bake in preheated 350-degree oven for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
