Tofu Shirataki Spaghetti with Meatless Meat Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 medium Onion diced1/2 medium Red Pepper, diced1 medium-large Zucchini, diced10-15 Grape Tomatoes, cut in half4-5 Mushrooms, sliced1/2 cup Tomato or pasta sauce1/2 cup Yves Meatless GroundTofu Shirataki Noodles, 2 serving 1/2 cup Fresh Basil leaves
Directions
Heat sauté pan and spray with non-stick spray

Sauté vegetables until just soft 5-7 minutes

Add ground meat and sauce and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water if more moisture is needed

Rinse and drain noodles. Add to sauce and toss. Add Basil and et simmer 2-3 minutes to heat noodles through.

Makes 1 serving but can easily be made into 2 by adding more veggies!!!
