Salmon Pita

Ingredients
2 oz of canned salmon1 oz of shredded or chunk cheese1 cup tossed salad1 tbsp Italian dressing1 large pita pocket
Directions
Combine Salmon and chesse with salad. Toss with one tablespoon of italian dressing and stuff into pita.

You can always sub low fat cheese, fat free dressing and whole wheat pita. Also you can sub tuna or chicken for the salmon.
