Ingredients
* Spinach, fresh, 56 grams * Beef, t-bone steak, 6.5 oz * *Kraft Mozzarella, Fat Free, 0.75 cup * Mushrooms, cooked, 100 grams * Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 1 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) Alfalfa sprouts, 28 grams
Directions
- cook steak and mushrooms together
- split pita like a sandwich
- put spinach (fresh leaves) on pita
- add steak, cheese and mushrooms
- put top on pita
- grill on panini press or forman grill or something
- cut in half and top with alfalfa sprouts

    Thanks for sharing this was really good, didn't like the pita' we got but the recipe was great,and with a salad on the side your full and not bad on calories. - 6/23/10

    Very good. We skipped the spinach and alfalfa, because we had a salad on the side. Added fresh onion, peppers and garlic. And used a different bread. But very tasty. Will be requested again, I'm sure. - 8/6/09
