Quinoa Zucchini Brownies

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce2 cups shredded zucchini1 and 1/4 cup organic GRADE B maple syrup2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup organic cocoa powder2 cups organic quinoa flour1 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp baking soda
Preheat oven to 350. Line 9 x 13 baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix wet ingredient in one bowl. Set aside. Sift dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients. Mix until well blended.
Spread evenly in prepared pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until brownies spring back when lightly touched. Cool for 20-30 minutes before cutting.
