1 cup red cabbage12 oz fish2 limes1/2 med. red onion4 corn tortillas1 mango1 avocado1 hand full of cilantrosalt and pepper to taste1/2 Tablespoon blackening spice
Salsa-Combine mango, avocado, red onion, cilantro, one lime, and salt and pepper.
Fish-drizzle a light coat of oil over fish and rub on the blackening spice cook till done and shred cabbage for Tacos

This turned out really well for us; we used pollock, a white fish. We also added thyme and basil to the salsa. I do think we used a little too much cilantro, but it was still quite good. We squeezed the juice of the second lime over the fillets, since the recipe never specified what to do with it. - 6/27/11
