Really good. Used a mix of Gala and Granny Smith. Used about 3/4 of a cup of Stevia. Adjust to taste. - 12/25/18

Make Applesauce this way, using apples/all kinds. I fill the crock pot full, stirring now and then, takes about 4 + hours on low. If I keep going it gets darker and more like apple butter. I add 2 large cinnamon sticks, no sugar. The add ins here give more volume and less calorie then for each Tab. - 11/24/16
