Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
4 c. chicken, cooked, chopped4 c. mixed veggies, thawed2 cans cream of potato soup1 pkg. refrigerated pie crust (2 crusts)
Directions
Mix chicken, veggies, and soup. Divide between two pie plates. Top each with a crust. Slit or prick crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 mins. If frozen, thaw 30 minutes, cover crust edges with foil and bake at 425 for 30 minutes then at 350 for 60 minutes.

    This was reallyyummy and easy. I put my own little twist on it and added 3 cloves o garlic and a 1/2 cup of 2% cheese. I also made half the amount. I love this and will make it regularly! - 2/28/09
