Sloppy Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
3 Small Bell Peppers chopped1 lbs ground chicken or turkey2 tomatoes2 stalks of celery1 Can Campbell's tomato soup1 Cup cooked brown rice.5 cup grated cheddar, light2-5 cloves garlic.5 onion red or white1-5 tsp basil1-2 tsp oregano1 tbsp sugar
Directions
1) Cook Rice
2) Brown meat with spices, garlic and onion
3) Add celery until tender - with some water if you want.
4) Add peppers for 5 mins
5) Mix soup with 1/4 cup of water and sugar to make sauce consistency
6) Add half of the soup, chopped tomatoes, rice and cheese
7) Put mixture into a greased loaf pan
8) Put into oven for 15mins at 350F
9) Mix in remainder of soup or until desired liquid is established. Back for 15mins
10) Put cheese on top back until melted.
