Tuna Cheese Spread

Ingredients
1 pkg (6oz) cream cheese (or light)1 can (6 1/2 oz) tuna3 to 4 tbsp light mayonnaise1 tbsp lemon juicecouple of dashes of curry powder2 green onions
Directions
Let the cream cheese sit out of a little while to soften.
Drain tuna and mash with fork
In medium bowl combine cream cheese, tuna and mayonnaise.
Add lemon juicy, curry. Mix to blend well.
Add onions and stir to blend.
Chill for at least 1 hour to let flavors blend.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Good served with:
Crackers, radishes, carrot or celery sticks.

    I used two cans of tuna, so four ounces drained. Left out the curry. Chopped up a couple slices of brown onion to replace the green onions. It goes very well on WW crackers for a snack. An improvement might be to add a Tbsp or two of pickle relish. Maybe next time. - 1/6/20
