Cajun Seasoned Pork chops with Vegetable Pilaf

2 stalks celery (finely chopped)1 large carrot (finely chopped)1 medium onion (finely chopped)2 cloves of garlic minced1 cup long grain rice2 cups water4 serving sized pork chops1 bay leaf1tsp parsley1tsp honey1/8 tsp allspice1tbsp cajun seasoning
1. in a nonstick skillet cook pork chops spinkle cajun seasoning on the pok chops. until browned on both sides and cooked through, remove pork from the skillet.
2. in the same non stick skillet after you have taken the pork out, add all listed vegetable, once vegetables begin to sweat add rice, and water. along with remaining spices.
3. let cook on a medium heat until veggies are tender and the rice is cooked.
serves 4 ( 1 pork chop and 1/4 of the vegetable pilaf)
