Yogurt Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 large banana, cut in chunks and frozen1/2 cup frozen fruit (strawberries, raspberries, peaches, etc.)1 8 oz. container fat free yogurt1/2 cup orange or apple juice1 teaspoon splenda
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Drink and enjoy.
