Creamy Meatballs and Potatoes

2 C. refrigerated Potatoe wedges (from a 20 oz. bag)1 can (10-3/4 0z) condenced cream of onion soup1/4 C. water2 C. frozen Broccoli florets24 frozen cooked meatmeal (about 12 oz.) thawed1/4 C. non-fat sour cream
Makes 4 1 Cup servings
1. In a 12 in. non-stick skillet, stir together potaoes, soup, water. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; simmer uncovered 5 mins. stirring occasionally.
2. Stir in broccoli and meatballs. Simmer uncovered 10-15 mins., stirring occasionally, until broccoli and potatoes are tender.
3. Stir in sour cream. Cook until throughly heated; stirring occationally. Serve warm and enjoy.
