Light Egg Nog

Ingredients
4 cups nonfat milk1/2 cup egg substitute (pasturized)3 Tablespoons Splenda1 Tablespoon vanillaNutmeg
Directions
Put all ingredients except nutmeg into blender. Blend for two minutes on one of the lower speeds. Pour into glasses and sprinkle a little nutmeg on the top. Makes four servings.
