Asian Orange Venison or Beef with Noodles

Ingredients

navel oranges, scallions, sugar cornstarch reduced-sodium soy sauce, garlic, gingerroot, beef or venison, peanut oil, angel hair pasta
Prepare angel hair pasta to package directions.
Grate orange zest of 2 of the 3 oranges. Squeeze juice from all 3 oranges.
Heat peanut oil and stir fry the meat.
Cut white part of scallions and slice finely. Cut green part of scallions into 1 inch lengths.
Place orange juice, sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a medium bowl. Mix well until cornstarch is completely dissolved. Add white part of scallions and orange zest.
When meat is cooked through, add sauce. Cook 2 minutes, boiling slightly until sauce is thickened. Add the green part of the scallions.
Toss with pasta and serve!
