Half pack of Jimmy Dean Sausage, Sage4 oz shredded cheddar cheese6 eggs1/2 cup heavy cream5 oz frozen spinachsmall can of mushroomssalt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Spray pan with Pam cooking spray.
Brown sausage in skillet. Remove, add frozen spinach and cook until defrosted. Mix in small can of mushrooms.
In a bowl, put 6 eggs and whisk. Then salt and pepper and then whisk in heavy cream.
Put sausage in bottom of pan. Add cheese and then spinach and mushroom mixture. Pour egg mixture over everything. Bake for 25 minutes.
