Ingredients
Directions
2 Medium Zucchini2 PotatoesBlack or White PepperA glass of non-fat milk or chese with low fat.
We do this in my home for three, but we eat it several days, when we feel like it.
Its easy, peel the Zucchini. Do it well, because if you don't sometimes tastes bitter.
Then peel the potatoes.
Cut everything to pieces and put it in the pressure cocker with some watter (1/2 cup)
Add some salt and black pepper.
Don't worry about the salt, because you can add it later if needed.
In 8-10 minutes it should be ready. Then add the glass of milk and and use the mixer in it until it's creamy.
If it gets very dense, you should add some milk.
It's ready to eat! Really healthy and with a great texture. You can add more salt if you need to. I can't have too much salt.
Enjoy!
