Oatmeal Orange breakfast pie

Ingredients
2 unbaked 9" pie shells6 large eggs, lightly beaten1 can evaporated milk (13 oz)1 cup orange juice1 cup uncooked oatmeal (quick or old fashioned)3/4 cup sugar1/2 cup buttermilk2 tsp grated orange peel1/4 tsp salt
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour half into each pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes until brown and set.
