Seafood Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 tbsp Light Olive oil1 Garlic Clove .25 med Onion sliced6 c. chopped broccoli3 small sweet bell peppers454 g. cooked shrimp250 g. immitation crab
Directions
heat oil
Fry garlic & onions
Add veggies with a little water to steam them
cover and cook till tender
Add meat and heat till meat is warm trough!
Add 1/2 c Oyster Sauce and serve over brown rice!
