Low Cal Cinn/Sugar Snickerdoodles

Ingredients
1/2 cup Splenda Blend1/3 cup I Can't Believe it Not Butter1/3 Cup Light Sour Cream1/4 Cup Egg Beaters1 tsp Vanilla2 Cups Flour1 Tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp Baking Soda2 Tbsp Cinnamon (for rolling)1 Tbsp Sugar (for rolling)
Directions
Set oven to 375. Grease cookie sheet lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Mix last 2 ingrediants (2 Tbsp cinnamon with 1 Tbsp Sugar) together and set aside to use later. Beat all the rest of the ingrediants together in order as listed. Let dough sit in refridgerator (very sticky to handle, needs to set) for about 2 to 4 hours. Roll into 1 inch balls. Roll balls into connamon/sugar mixture. Place in oven for 8-10 minutes. Let stand. Move to wire rack to completely cool. Serve and enjoy.
