Three Layer Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients
Reduced fat graham cracker pie crust4 oz light cream cheese1 tbsp sugar1 tbsp cold milk1 tub Cool Whip (fat free), thawed4 oz box of Jello instant sugar free chocolate pudding1 cup cold milk
Directions
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and 1 tbsp milk together in a mixing bowl until smooth. Stir in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip until well blended. Spread in bottom of pie crust. Put 1 cup milk in another bowl and beat in pudding mix until well blended. Spread over cream cheese mixture in pie crust. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

    Didn't understand "4 ounce box" of pudding. There is no such thing. I made it, and the pudding seems extremely thick and grainy making it with only 1 cup of milk. - 4/4/10
