Not your Mama's BBQ meatloaf

Ingredients
1lb extra lean ground beef or turkey1 egg1 cup BBQ sauce divided1 tsp parsley1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp tarragon1 tsp cumin1 tsp rosemaryblack pepper to taste1 slice of whole wheat bread, crushed into crumbs
Directions
Pre heat oven to 400
mix everything together in a large bowl, setting aside 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, put loaf in a loaf pan, spread extra BBQ sauce on top and put on middle rack of the oven.

cook about 50-60 minutes

makes about 8-1oz slices.

add your favorite sides to make a complete meal.
